Can platinum wands be any attribute? It says varies but don't know if this mean it can be all or only a few.

'Platinum Wands found in the Factions Campaign can be linked to most attributes. Exceptions are: Healing Prayers, Protection Prayers, Inspiration Magic, Fast Casting, Restoration Magic, Energy Storage and Soul Reaping
Platinum Wands found in the Eye of the North Expansion, the Zaishen Chest, the Underworld Chest and in the Chest of Woe are tied to the Primary attribute of their respective caster profession, except for Mesmer where they are tied to Domination Magic. '

Well... given that the non-primary-attribute(/domination) ones are going to be uninscribable, the odds of finding one with non-crappy mods is pretty much nil.

I for one would kill for a 20/20 death platinum wand, but I've never even heard of anyone ever seeing one.

Although they can drop from the z-chest as well.

That's how I got my inscribable domination platinum wand.
